What is a fossil and how does it form? Students explore their own thoughts through discussion and undertake hands-on activities which investigate erosion, deposition and sedimentological processes. Students undertake a stratigraphic exercise to discover what we can learn from fossils. A KS4 version of this workshop is available on request.
