Bring your party to Life!
Looking for an exciting venue for your children’s party? Then look no further than the Centre for Life. At Life, you’ll be entertained while making discoveries about the world around you. Our parties are also great value at only £8.95 per head for 3 – 4 hours in our Science Centre.
During parties, children have unlimited access to all the interactive exhibitions and events here including the Crazy Motion Ride, state-of-the-art show in The Dome, the Life Theatre show and our amazing Human Life exhibition. You can also explore our new hands-on exhibition Fit for Fun which is a great way for children to find out what the body needs to be healthy. It’s also proving to be very popular with grown ups who can find out just what kind of shape they’re in!
The basic party package is £8.95* per head which includes a party feast and invitations. Two adults in each group come free.
We can provide party bags and individual items from the Life Shop from as little as £2.00 per head. We’ve also introduced some added extras to help make your special day even more memorable and enjoyable:
- Book your own ‘party host’ who will help supervise your group and guide them around the centre for the duration of the party (extra cost of £35).
- Enjoy an “exclusive” science demo from one of our expert explainers (extra cost of £25).
- Pre order extra refreshments for the party. As well as children’s drinks, Starbucks coffees, teas, cakes and sandwiches can all be pre booked to help make your day as enjoyable as possible.
- Minimum number of children is 6 and maximum is 15;
- *Price is subject to change due to additional exhibitions and events;
- Party hosts are not available during the ice rink and are subject to availability at other times;
- Extra party hosts and/or science explainers are subject to availability;
- Specific shows and the Crazy Motion Ride are subject to availability;
- Party organisers are responsible for their group. Party hosts are there to help;
- If a science demo is requested, a full 4 hours is required for the duration of the party.
