Life is delighted to be the venue for an NHS large vaccination centre, but the operation of the centre, including appointments and queueing, is solely the responsibility of the NHS. Sorry, but Life will not respond to any queries relating to the NHS vaccination programme.

The NHS has issued the following information: Only people who are invited to have a vaccine can book an appointment. For more information go to this NHS website.

Parking is available in nearby Times Square Car Park. Limited spaces are available on site on a first-come, first-served basis – sorry, but we are unable to reserve spaces.

  • Create 3D Christmas decorations or code your own Christmas tree light patterns** in the Making Studios.
  • Grab your lab coat and investigate fake snow or make your own ink to write a letter to Santa in the Experiment Zone.**
  • Be wowed by our science buskers with their tinsel tricks and festive demos.
  • Explore deepest darkest space and winter skies in the planetarium and see Christmas messages from astronauts in the new Space Zone.

 

*Separate prices apply for skating and Santa. Super Saver tickets (for science centre and ice rink together) are not available to buy online. Buy (or upgrade from your skating ticket) at science centre reception.
