From our front of house team who look after our lovely visitors, to the technical team who keep all our exhibits in tip-top condition, we’re a diverse bunch of people who are passionate about what we do.
We believe a healthy team is a happy team and recognise the importance of a positive, healthy and inclusive working environment. We’ve won awards for our approach, which includes running regular well-being campaigns, offering mental health support and ‘good vibe’ sessions on everything from exercise classes to massage. We also provide free fresh fruit and drinks every day.
With regular social events, team forums, staff newsletters and briefings, we recognise the importance of keeping everyone up to date and providing a safe space for everyone to have a voice. We provide regular team briefings and a digital newsletter, and there are lots of ways to share your thoughts and ideas from forums to anonymous surveys. The online team ‘hub’ provides a wealth of online support.

This will involve providing some personal details and answering job specific questions. Some roles will also require a CV and/or cover letter. We’ll ask some (optional) equality and diversity monitoring questions (but these won’t be shared with the recruiting manager).
The recruiting manager who completes the shortlist does not have access to your name or any other personal information. The selection process is based entirely on skills and experience.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview. This may involve group tasks and presentations and an individual interview depending on the role. You will be notified of any requirements as part of your interview invitation.
Due to the volume of applicants, only interviewed candidates will receive feedback.
