Discover family-friendly Newcastle Halloween events
During Halloween 2025, visitors enjoyed family-friendly workshops and immersive experiences. Families met the Teach Rex dinosaurs, explored the Experiment Zone, and created spooky shadow lanterns in the Making Studios.
Little explorers enjoyed Play Zone, while older children and adults tested their wits in a live show or experienced Bump in the Night, our immersive 360° dome show. On Halloween, Friday 31 October 2025, the centre stayed open until 7.00pm for slime workshops, spooky dancing, and a yucky feely wall.

The Anatomy of a Dinosaur Show
From 25 October to 2 November 2025, visitors met the Teach Rex dinosaurs and explored the surprising side of our prehistoric pals.
Halloween Late Night Opening
On selected evenings during Halloween 2025, Life stayed open until 7.00pm. Families enjoyed slime workshops, spooky dancing, and a yucky feely wall.
