John Seager

Director, Broadoak Asset Management

John is a director of Newcastle-based consultants Broadoak Asset Management. Having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1998 he has worked with the private sector, development agencies and local authorities as well as institutional investors. 

He has been involved in some of the North East region’s most ambitious and successful developments and regeneration projects, from Team Valley Trading Estate, the former Vaux Brewery site in Sunderland, to Newcastle’s Grainger Market and the Helix Innovation District amongst a long and varied list. 

John is also a non-executive director of Gateshead Fell Community Football Club and Boho Arts.
