Enjoy a unique school trip at Life!

This festive season, students can enjoy a whirl on our open-air ice rink, and combine it with an exciting winter-themed workshop.

From just £13.00 per pupil, schools can book a special winter package that consists of a skate on our open-air ice rink plus a science centre visit, with the option to add on a winter-themed curriculum-linked workshop (available for KS1, KS2 and KS3).

There is also now the option to make a group Santa Experience booking – which includes a festive science show, gift for each child and access to the science centre!

Come for a whirl on our open-air rink from November

Suitable for children of all ages and abilities, recreational ice skating can encourage pupils to explore a variety of winter sports, as well as improve posture and balance.  Plus, Life’s Ice Marshals are on hand to provide assistance to tentative skaters. It’s fun and great exercise too!

Schools can just visit the ice rink, or alternatively combine it with a science centre visit or workshop. There’s also the option to make it extra special by adding a hot chocolate to your festive package.
