In this captivating area designed specifically for under 7s, there’s imaginative play, a chance to build creations and some soft play areas too, so children can play, learn and grow.

Accessibility information

Play Zone takes up half of the upper floor in the science centre. This can be accessed via a ramp near Brain Zone or stairs in Space Zone.

This area can get quite busy and noisy with young children running around. Ear defenders are available from reception for a refundable deposit.
