- Tickets are valid for the booked time and date only.
- Tickets are non- transferable and non-refundable.

Date/time slot applies to booked ticket holders only; if additional people accompany you on the day, they will have to join the queue to purchase a ticket. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee there will be space for additional skaters on the day.
- You should arrive on time for your session to get your skates on.
- If you arrive late for your session, you can still skate, but no extra time will be added to the end of the skate session.

Skate sessions are approximately 45 minutes
- Skates are provided; you are welcome to use your own skates, but we can’t offer a discount if you do.

If you leave the rink and hand in your skates, you cannot return to the rink.
- As little ones aged 4 and under need more supervision, adults should have no more than two children of this age with them on the ice.
- Children aged 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the ice.
- Children aged 10 -12 must be supervised by an adult (adults can watch from the viewing platform if they prefer).
- Sometimes we must close the rink because of weather related issues. If this happens, we will do our very best to reschedule your visit to a date of your choice; sorry but no refunds will be given.

If you do not turn up for your booked session, for any reason, your ticket will not be refunded
- The safety of our customers and team is a priority: Antisocial, abusive, destructive, or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.

You will not be permitted to skate if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- If we consider any behaviour unacceptable, Life reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any individuals, or groups.

Any pre-booked refreshments or gift shop items must be collected on the same day as your booking.
Your use of and purchase of tickets is governed by the Terms and Conditions as set out on the Life website.
It is your responsibility to check, prior to purchase, that the information you have supplied to us is accurate. We are only responsible for issuing online tickets in accordance with the information you provide. Sorry, but once purchased, the date for which your ticket has been purchased cannot be changed. Payment for tickets is non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated upon them.
On arrival at Life, the following will be required:
- The order confirmation (provided at the time of purchase).
- Appropriate proof of entitlement to any discounted ticket rate claimed for each person to be admitted under the ticket. You may be asked to pay the full admission price or refused entry in the instance of proof not being available.
No online ticket may be resold without the prior written consent of Life. If any person attempts to enter Life with a ticket that has been resold without Life’s written consent, Life may refuse entry and no compensation is payable to that person by Life.
