Life Science Centre membership cards are valid for 12 months from the day they are purchased.
Membership applies to the named person only.
Membership cannot be transferred to another person and are non-refundable.
Please present your membership card at reception on arrival otherwise normal admission charges will apply.
If your card is lost or stolen, please let us know.
Members under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or ticket types e.g., school visits, group visits, special events (such as Pre- School days and Home Education Days) or birthday parties etc. unless otherwise stated.
By becoming a member, you agree to be contacted by Life so we can keep you updated with news, exclusive offers and any important information such as centre closures.
On weekdays during term time, Life Science Centre is open 10.00am – 3.00pm, and Times Square Café is closed. On weekends, bank holidays and local school holidays, Life Science Centre and Times Square Café are open 10.00am – 5.00pm. Opening days and times may be subject to change. We may, occasionally, have periods of complete closure for refurbishment and team training. There may be other occasions when we need to close parts or all of the centre to make changes to our programme. We will email you if this is the case, so it is important to let us know if you change your email address. We advise checking the website, life.org.uk, on the day of your visit for the most up-to-date information.
Try Before You Buy offer must be redeemed, at reception, on the day of your visit. The offer applies to the same type of membership as the purchased ticket (Adult, Child, or Adult Concession).
Refer a friend: referral form must be submitted by the new member within 7 days of joining.
